Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Lead environmental assurance activities including audits, inspections and control checks.

Support environment compliance with legislation, regulations and project standards.

Mentor field crews and leadership teams to embed sustainability into daily operations.

Manage environmental incidents and lead investigations with corrective actions.

Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies.

Assist with sustainability initiatives and mandatory reporting.

Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers and regulators to maintain high environmental standards.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering Management or related field.

Solid experience in operational or major project environments.

Experience in road transport sector is highly regarded.

Strong knowledge of environmental legislation and reporting requirements.

Excellent communication, mentoring and stakeholder engagement skills.

ICAM Lead Investigator and Auditor Training (or willingness to obtain).

Valid C class drivers' licence and construction white card.
