Hotel Public Area Cleaner Position

As a Hotel Public Area Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of hotel public areas, assisting room attendants as needed, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This role requires a service-focused individual with strong communication skills, able to interact positively with guests and hotel staff. You must have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have full Australian working rights, good organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting. Honesty and reliability are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain hotel public areas, including lounges, corridors, and other common spaces
  • Assist room attendants as needed, ensuring that guest rooms are cleaned and prepared for new arrivals
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences, responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Maintain guest room pantries and ensure all equipment is in clean working order
  • Work collaboratively with hotel staff to achieve overall goals and objectives
