About the Role:

We are seeking experienced and service-focused individuals to join our team as Public Area Cleaners. As a Public Area Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of hotel public areas, including reception, lobbies, corridors, and other common spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain public areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
  • Restock amenities and supplies in public areas
  • Assist with guest requests and complaints
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner
Requirements:

  • A proven track record of cleaning and maintenance experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
