Safe Moves Program Coordinator Role

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering the Safe Moves training program to clinical employees across multiple sites in Melbourne.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement of the Safe Moves program by leading a safety-focused approach to managing risk within the organization. This will involve facilitating simulation activities to identify areas of success and potential risks.
As part of the training team, you will work closely with the Clinical Education and Simulation department and report to the Director of Clinical Education and Simulation Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality and safety initiatives through education, training, workshops, seminars, and clinical support.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to drive improvements in patient outcomes.
- Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and communicate complex information effectively.
- Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate high self-motivation, accountability, and ability to work within agreed parameters.
Requirements:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional.
- Relevant Postgraduate qualification (or working towards).
