Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Veterinary Operations Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our clinic, delivering exceptional service and care to all patients and owners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the efficient use of resources and meeting monthly performance targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring that all aspects of patient care and business management are running smoothly
  • Lead and develop the team, building a positive and productive work environment and providing coaching and mentoring to support team members in their roles
  • Create and implement local marketing initiatives to drive business growth and development
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and care to all patients and owners

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent with 2+ years of experience
  • Proven experience in team management, with strong leadership and team building skills
  • Experience with Rx works (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good business acumen and organisational skills
