Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate airfares for pre-packaged cruise bookings.
- Manage customers' flight deviation requests.
- Upsell cabins where required to premium economy, Business and First.
- E nsure frequent flyer details, baggage, meals, and seating allocation requests are in place at the time of booking.
- Search and book complex itineraries (stopovers/surface sectors etc.).
- Understand clients' needs and requirements and offer the best itinerary within budget requirements.
- Maintain sound travel industry product and cruise destination knowledge.
- Deliver timely and accurate details to ensure a smooth after-booking journey.
- Complete administrative functions associated with the position in an accurate and timely manner.
