We're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our cruise division. You don’t need prior experience in the travel industry—just a knack for hitting sales targets, stellar customer service skills, and a passion for all things cruise-related. No experience in travel necessary.

As a Cruise Expert, you’ll get to experience cruising first-hand. Plus, you'll enjoy exclusive travel discounts, monthly recognition programme's, access to health consultants and financial advisors, and a beautiful beachfront office in Broadbeach. How awesome is that?

**What you'll be doing...**
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product/service-related issues, providing appropriate solutions
- Work with customers to provide them with their dream holiday.
- Have a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information

**Who you are...**
- **A MUST**:Minimum 2 years in the customer service industry
- Exceptional multitasking ability, you will juggle priorities to meet deadlines and customer expectations- Competent level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite or similar programme- You must value the importance of developing strong relationships, team-work customer relations- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Problem-solving, empathy and and strong communication skills
- Experienced travelling overseas - ideal

**This role is Gold Coast, full-time office based.** **Start date and training commences: 31st March 2025**
