Job Title: Travel Consultant WFH opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Cruise Aftersales team as a Travel Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about travel and has excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the booking post-sale, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our customers, providing exceptional service and support.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. hospitality, tourism, business) or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
