Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our project team based throughout the Western Suburbs of Brisbane. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality condition assessment services for clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and defining scopes of work for maintenance and upgrade works
  • Coordinating and undertaking the delivery of high-quality condition assessment services
  • Preparing accurate and timely estimates, project trade packages (including material lists and construction programs)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role across the commercial or industrial construction sector
  • Trade background preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • A high-level attention to detail and a professional manner
  • Ability to obtain a current Police Check
  • Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Hold a Construction White Card
