Manufacturing Excellence Leader

The role of Production Team Supervisor is a vital position within our organization. As the right-hand person to the Production Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day production operations and supervise the production team to ensure high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Production Supervisor in ensuring smooth production processes
- Supervising and supporting production staff to achieve quality and efficiency goals
- Providing hands-on leadership to production teams to drive alignment with company objectives
- Mentoring and training new and existing production staff to equip them with necessary skills and knowledge
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in supervisory or team leader roles within manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of production processes and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and train diverse teams
- Strong work ethic with proven problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, informed decisions
