**Operations Manager Role**

Our organization is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our factory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align people, systems, and processes to ensure smooth operations
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to handle delivery support, internal coordination, finance, and reporting
  • Play a crucial role in driving the company's next phase of growth by creating a strong operational foundation
  • Develop and implement sustainable lean manufacturing techniques
  • Review capacity of production facility in line with sales forecasts and make recommendations as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Supply Chain and Manufacturing Management
  • Solid background in production or operations management within a complex, engineered-to-order, or customized manufacturing environment
  • Strong quality control and assurance skills
  • Effective management of self and supplier performance
  • Efficient dispatch and logistics
  • Seamless coordination with purchasing for material supply
  • Continuous improvement, OH&S, industrial relations, compliance, and change management skills
