Lead Hospitality Expert

We are seeking an exceptional individual to spearhead our front desk operations and drive guest satisfaction.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure seamless departmental readiness for opening
  • Foster a team of hospitality professionals, providing guidance and development opportunities
  • Deliver outstanding guest experiences by setting high standards and identifying innovative solutions
  • Evaluate the performance of the front office team, ensuring they provide excellent service, professional attention, and personalized recognition
  • Greet guests upon arrival and engage with them throughout their stay
  • Respond effectively to guest complaints, solicit feedback, and build relationships to drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in front desk or guest service leadership roles
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are advantageous
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, reasoning, and motivational skills
  • Able to work for extended periods at the front desk with occasional lifting of heavy items
  • Familiarity with hotel property management systems is beneficial
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Full unrestricted working rights in Australia
