Custom Cabinet Installer and Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Field Support Technician to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful installation of custom cabinetry solutions for our clients.

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this position is to conduct in-home customer visits to measure space and provide job site surveys for custom cabinetry while providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our design consultants to ensure that all measurements, photographs, and data are accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess design against on-site specifications and report any necessary design change requirements to team members
  • Coordinate with design consultants to provide concise measurements, photographs, and data for sale and design purposes
  • Conduct re-measurements of project redesigns as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • 2+ years of experience in construction, millwork, or a related industry
  • Millwork estimating experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Tech savvy with ability to quickly learn and apply various business systems (CAD, Epicor, Salesforce, Microsoft Office)
  • Proficient in math (fractions and unit measurements)
