Custom Storage Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team. This role involves conducting in-home customer visits to measure space and provide job site surveys for custom cabinetry, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess design against on-site specifications and report any necessary design change requirements.
  • Coordinate with design consultants to provide concise measurements, photographs, and data for custom project sale and design.
  • Conduct re-measurements of project redesigns as needed.
  • Create copies of CAD design when jobsite errors are found.
  • Review proposal (CAD drawings) specifications to determine the projects' scope of work and identify possible challenges.
  • Perform job-site surveys and create job-site plans for installation teams.

Skillset:

  • 2+ years of experience in construction, millwork industry related materials and hardware, or home renovations/improvement industry.
  • Millage estimating experience and 1+ year of experience in construction industry with knowledge of customized cabinetry installation practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Tech savvy with ability to quickly learn business systems (CAD, Epicor, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Proficient in math (fractions and unit measurements).
  • Ability to provide an exceptional client experience aligned to company values.
