About the Role
As an Energy & Infrastructure Lawyer at Associate level, you will work closely with our co-head of the Energy Transition Group and their team in our Houston office (with opportunities in NY and DC). Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing world-class service to clients on carbon capture, hydrogen, renewable fuel, and utilization and sequestration contracts.
- Advising on construction-related contracts, purchase and sale documentation, supply and offtake arrangements, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Energy & Infrastructure Lawyer with an admission date in either 2019, 2020, 2021, or 2022. You will be part of an ambitious team with an entrepreneurial spirit, a conscientious and team-based approach to work, and a commitment to inclusive and friendly work environment.
