Seeking a Product Leadership expert to spearhead the growth of The Sims FreePlay

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned product leader with extensive experience in leading and growing high-performing product teams. This is a pivotal role at the core of our live services portfolio, requiring strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and excellent stakeholder management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing a product vision aligned with long-term studio goals, working cross-functionally with Development, Finance, and Marketing teams to assess performance, uncover growth opportunities, and evolve the game as a live service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for The Sims FreePlay, aligning game development with EA's multi-year business and franchise goals.
  • Drive the evolution of The Sims FreePlay by identifying opportunities to modernize core systems, refresh user experiences, and deepen long-term player engagement.
  • Own the live service roadmap, ensuring regular, high-impact content and features that resonate with both loyal players and new audiences.
  • Define and optimize monetization strategies, collaborating with design to enhance in-game economy, pricing models, and offers that drive sustainable revenue.
  • Use data, player feedback, and experimentation to inform decision-making, test hypotheses, and guide product development with measurable impact.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of F2P experience leading product strategy for successful live service mobile games.
  • 7+ years of experience leading and growing high-performing product and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong track record of growing live titles, including modernizing player experience, revitalizing engagement, and optimizing monetization over time.
  • Deep understanding of mobile game KPIs (e.g., retention, ARPU, LTV) and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
