We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our team, responsible for coordinating project activities and providing administrative support.
**Project Coordinator Role**
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders, ensuring project execution, cost, time, and quality are achieved. Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with project managers, superintendents, supervisors, subcontractors, and other project team members to maintain standardised processes and functions.
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the project team.
- Preparing meeting agendas and minutes, as well as regular reports and charts on project progress and performance.
- Gathering data, conducting data entry, and maintaining technical and administrative data within engineering databases.
- Supporting contract administrators in preparing and maintaining contract/task change proposals and task progress completion certificates.
- Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you will require:
- Cert III in Business (Office Admin equivalent) or equivalent tertiary qualifications.
- Prior experience in an office administration role.
- Sound knowledge of administrative processes.
- Experience in shipbuilding or ship repair/heavy engineering industry is favourable.
- Knowledge of project management processes is desired.
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
