Your New Role

This casual position offers flexible working hours, allowing you to work at times that suit your needs best. You will work under the guidance of our experienced allied health professionals to carry out duties that complement the therapy program of a participant. Your role will play a vital part in enabling the participant to develop greater independence and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide face-to-face and non-face-to-face support to participants to assist them reach their goals and outcomes.
  • Carry out tasks that bring meaningful experiences to participants.
  • Travel to participants' homes or community environments to provide support.
Requirements
  • Be flexible to work across all ages and stages of life.
  • Available at key routine moments of the day.
  • Open to travel to regional/surrounding areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow instruction and respect scope of practice boundaries.
  • Maintain clear focus on the goals and outcomes of our participants.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
  • Working rights in Australia.
