We now have a wonderful **long-term**opportunity for an enthusiastic **safety professional**to join our Zero Harm team based out of **Maddington, WA.**As a Safety Advisor, you will actively support, coach, mentor and provide technical advice to internal stakeholders across a multitude of projects. This dynamic role will have a mix exposure to site-based and office with a focus on bringing people together to ensure we achieve our Safety objectives whilst contributing to the innovation of the business.

**What you'll bring**

Exposure within the **Civil Road Maintenance, Construction, Heavy Industrial or Transport**space will be highly regarded. You will also have:

- Certificate 4 in Work, Health and Safety.
- ICAM Lead Incident Investigation.
- Quality / Safety Lead Internal Auditor (desirable).
- Minimum 2 years WHS exposure gained within a high-risk industry.
- Engaging and collaborative communication style, leveraging a partnership approach to enhance learning insights across the business.
- Ability to adapt across complex working environments and engage with multiple stakeholders, in particular frontline workers.
- High level of problem solving with the ability to work autonomously and navigate complex issues.
- Flexible with travel when required.
