FleetPartners is seeking an experienced Remarketing professional to lead our fleet remarketing team.


Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end de-fleet process and drive best financial outcomes through effective supply chain management.


• Manage asset stock within required KPIs through third-party service providers and internal systems.


• Oversee third-party service providers, including auction and vehicle sale channels, inspection services, and repairers.


• Formulate strategies for optimal sale outcomes and maintain remarketing business processes.


• Effectively manage teams, including performance reviews, development plans, training, and support.


Requirements
  • Experience in Leasing, Finance, or Automotive industry in a commercial position.
  • Understanding of pricing levers of remarketing and leasing.
  • Proven history of developing pricing and profit strategies with an analytical view.
  • People management experience.
  • Ability to deliver favourable customer outcomes while partnering with stakeholders.
