Business Development Opportunity
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in Western Australia, Northern Territory, and South Australia.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Developing specifications and conversions within the assigned territory.
- Building relationships with Owners, EPC/Ms, and Constructors.
- Providing expert advice and solutions to target customers.
- Maximising opportunities through effective territory planning and management.
- Contributing to training initiatives for specifiers, distributors, and contractors.
- Providing timely and accurate market intelligence and reporting.
A highly driven and results-oriented business development professional with a proven track record of success in the mining sector. You possess strong influencing, analytical, and strategic skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent sales qualifications with technical acumen.
- Experience in business development at management levels within the mining sector.
- Established senior management network within Owner, EPC/M, and Constructor organisations in the industry.
- Demonstrated experience in executing complex sales into major projects.
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate technical expertise effectively.
- Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office suite) and CRM proficiency.
- Driver's licence and willingness to travel regionally and nationally.
