The role involves leveraging a strong senior management network to influence specifications with owners and EPC/M organisations, capitalising on opportunities with contractors and distribution channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and achieving specifications and conversions within the assigned territory.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, EPC/Ms, and constructors.
  • Providing expert advice and solutions to target customers.
  • Maximising opportunities through effective territory planning and management.
  • Contributing to training initiatives for specifiers, distributors, and contractors.
  • Providing timely and accurate market intelligence and reporting.

A business development professional with a proven track record of success in the mining sector will possess strong influencing, analytical, and strategic skills, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
