Job Overview

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Senior Project Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual who can deliver high-quality projects while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide engineering support to the project team, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Ensure design deliverables meet project requirements, facilitating successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project personnel.
  • Develop comprehensive work packages that define scope, materials, and resource needs.
  • Support construction teams in executing projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Implement safety protocols and promote safe work practices across the project site.
  • Perform technical inspections, scheduling, planning, surveying, procurement, and quality control functions.
  • Continuously monitor and improve work processes, promoting learning and development opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in civil or structural engineering.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering projects successfully.
  • Excellent communication and issue management skills.
  • Desirable: Previous experience managing WAD agreements.
