Job Overview
We're seeking a skilled Case Manager Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional relocation experiences for our clients.
About the Role:
- Collaborate with case managers to deliver high-quality relocation services.
- Manage defence relocation policy and entitlements in accordance with established guidelines.
- Ensure seamless service delivery through effective expectation management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administration support to facilitate smooth relocation processes.
- Deliver world-class case management, policy compliance, advocacy, and escalation resolution.
- Proactively manage Defence relocation policy & entitlements in accordance with policy and Client Key Performance Indicators.
Requirements:
- Case management experience in a similar role (global mobility, assignment management, insurance or travel) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex policies and legislation.
- Effective communication skills, written and verbal, with professional interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
