Digital Change Manager

Job Description:

The Digital Change Manager will lead the implementation of a new Stakeholder Relationship Management (SRM) platform, ensuring a smooth transition for program delivery teams. The role will foster digital culture and capability development among staff, leveraging experience in stakeholder relationship management processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and oversee all change management activities for deploying the SRM platform.
  • Finalize the draft Change Plan, ensuring it is based on sound change management methodologies to maximize adoption of the revised stakeholder management approach.
  • Lead the SRM Project Control Group; establish and lead the SRM Superuser Group.

The successful candidate will have experience in implementing digital and organizational change programs, leading successful change communications campaigns, and fostering digital culture and capability development among staff.
