Job Title: Assistant Director

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing investigations and projects to protect consumer interests and promote fair trade practices.
About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of consumer protection provisions, experience in managing investigations and/or projects, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Key responsibilities include developing and implementing plans for investigations and/or projects, preparing internal and external documents, and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and ability to apply consumer protection provisions

  • Ability to undertake objective analysis and draw accurate conclusions to support evidence-based decision making
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate complex technical information to various audiences
