The role of the Administration Officer involves providing professional reception and administrative services on a casual basis.
About the Job- Key duties include administering an efficient patient management system to ensure compliance with relevant Medical Records standards
- Undertake a range of administrative office tasks, including responding to customer enquiries in a timely and effective manner
- You are customer focussed and committed to quality client services
- You have highly developed and effective interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal)
- You are a problem solver, positive and adaptable to change
- You have strong time management skills and can work autonomously as well as part of a team
