Your Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and registering guests, ensuring a seamless check-in experience
  • Providing insider knowledge on local attractions and activities, enhancing our guests' vacation experiences
  • Managing department-related paperwork with precision and attention to detail
  • Utilizing communication equipment to provide exceptional service and support
  • Building rapport with guests to deliver tailored experiences and exceed their expectations
  • Collaborating with the resort operations team to ensure a high level of service and a smooth transition for guests
  • Clearly articulating the benefits of traveling within our Wyndham Destinations community
  • Meeting targets and KPIs set by the business, driving success and growth
  • Working flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet the needs of our guests

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a similar customer-facing position, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues
  • Impeccable presentation and professional grooming standards, reflecting our brand's high standards
  • High levels of computer literacy, with experience using PMS systems an advantage
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize and address issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
