Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Guest Experience Host to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a key member of our resort team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming arrival experience
  • Provide information on local area attractions and activities, helping guests to make the most of their vacation
  • Complete all department-related paperwork and administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Utilize communication equipment, including telephones and computers, to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues
  • Meet guests face-to-face and generate sales appointments for our sales team, building rapport and establishing common ground to ensure an exceptional experience
  • Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and seamless transition for guests through the check-in process
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of traveling within our community, highlighting the unique experiences and amenities we offer
  • Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business, driving sales and revenue growth
  • Be available for weekend and public holiday shifts, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to delivering exceptional service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel or hospitality role, demonstrating your ability to provide exceptional customer service and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine passion for customer service and the local area, with a strong desire to deliver memorable experiences for our guests
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish common ground with guests and colleagues
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards, reflecting the high standards of our brand
  • High levels of computer literacy, with experience using PMS systems and other technology to effectively manage guest interactions and administrative tasks
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace, demonstrating your resourcefulness and adaptability
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, demonstrating your commitment to delivering exceptional service
