  • Previous experience in a similar hotel or customer-facing role
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a love for the local area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a positive attitude, with a focus on delivering results and driving success
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards, with a focus on making a great first impression
  • High levels of computer literacy, with experience using PMS systems a plus
  • The ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace, with a focus on delivering solutions and driving results
