About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Estimator to join our team at Bluestone Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial construction industry and relevant estimating software.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing detailed estimates for commercial fit-out and new build projects.
- Collaborating with the estimating team to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
- Maintaining accurate records of project costs and providing budget information to clients.
- Liaising with clients and subcontractors to ensure prices are well vetted.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A degree in a relevant field or approximately 12 months of experience in commercial construction.
- Knowledge of estimating software and measuring techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
