Turf Management Leadership Opportunity

As a senior leader in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality turf management services to our public open spaces.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of turf management and public open space maintenance, as well as comprehensive understanding of cyclical maintenance schedules.

  • Strong written and interpersonal skills, particularly verbal communication
  • Intermediate level of computer literacy skills
  • Strong supervisory skills in relation to WHS monitoring
  • Extensive demonstrated experience in supervising operational maintenance requirements of all turf and public open space functions
  • Experience in human resource management inclusive of performance management of underperforming employees
