Turf Facility Manager

The Turf Management position is a pivotal role within our organization, requiring a dynamic and driven individual to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our turf facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive turf management plans, ensuring optimal presentation, service, and safe work practices in accordance with relevant guidelines and legislation.
- Manage and maintain grounds and turf facilities, including turf surfaces, irrigation systems, and equipment, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Oversee and mentor turf maintenance staff, providing guidance on training, scheduling, and performance evaluation to ensure exceptional results.
This position requires a skilled and experienced professional with:
- Prior experience in turf management or a related field
- Qualifications in Turf Management or Horticulture (or equivalent training)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with industry partners
