We are seeking a skilled Communications Specialist to enhance our learning journeys, stakeholder relationships and professional development programs across South Australia.
This strategic role involves leading and delivering communication initiatives that support professional learning and leadership development. The successful candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, organisational expertise and the ability to deliver outcomes under pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies across multiple mediums
- Lead communication campaign planning and execution
- Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of communications initiatives
- Oversee enrolment strategies and online promotion of professional learning programs
- Provide expert communications advice and risk management
- Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and deliver outcomes under pressure
- Knowledge of marketing and communications theory, tools and practices
- Experience with learner management systems and online content management
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends and provide actionable recommendations
