Job Description

We are seeking a Land Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales leads, presenting land lots and house and land packages to prospective purchasers, and attending display homes and land sales offices during rostered hours.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Identification and Qualification: Identify and qualify sales leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.
  • Presentation and Sales: Present land lots, house and land packages, to prospective purchasers on behalf of the company.
  • Sales Office Attendance: Attend display homes and land sales offices during rostered hours to engage with potential customers and promote land offerings.
  • Market Research: Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the local real estate market, land availability, competitor activity, and industry trends.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, REA, and other relevant systems/platforms.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, finance, development) to ensure a seamless sales process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience: In residential land sales or similar property-related roles.
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of success in real estate sales, preferably land sales.
  • Certifications: Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License (mandatory) and valid driver's license.
  • Languages: Proficiency in languages common in the local community is highly regarded due to the diversity within the community.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
