Logistics Manager Opportunity

  • Act as a primary liaison for key clients, overseeing the coordination of import, export, courier, and AOG logistics services.
  • Ensure seamless execution of shipments through real-time monitoring and proactive issue resolution.
  • Drive continuous process improvement by analysing performance metrics, streamlining workflows, and implementing service recovery strategies.
  • Nurture strong relationships with client operational teams, procurement managers, and logistics stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, DG protocols, ISO standards, and relevant customs requirements.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in freight forwarding, aviation logistics, or airline account management.

  • A track record of process improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Excellent IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Current or past Dangerous Goods certification is highly desirable.
