  • Log all calls into the database with an outline of the problem and recommended course of action
About You
  • HVAC trade qualification and/or degree in a relevant Engineering field
  • A strong passion to develop your skills in the HVAC industry
  • A desire to continuously learn and develop your knowledge of HVAC systems
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport
  • Knowledge of HVAC and Control Systems (highly regarded)
  • Previous experience as a Service Technician is highly recommended
