Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Technical Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the HVAC industry and wants to make a meaningful contribution.

About the Role

This position involves providing expert technical information and support regarding product range and assisting users to resolve any problems that may arise. The ideal candidate will be based at our office in QLD and report directly to the National Technical Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users, dealers, and internal service staff
  • Develop relationships with clients to ensure their requirements are met
  • Enhance client confidence by ensuring accurate information is supplied
  • Utilize product data and service manuals to provide true and accurate information
  • Log all calls into the database with a detailed outline of the problem and recommended course of action

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • HVAC trade qualification and/or degree in relevant engineering
  • A strong passion to step into the training aspect of the HVAC industry
  • Desire to continuously learn and develop HVAC knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport
  • Knowledge of HVAC and control systems
  • Previous experience as a service technician
