**Key Responsibilities:

• Provide emotional regulation and routine structure support
• Foster community engagement, independence, and healthy coping strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety protocols
• Collaborate with the broader care team and clinical supports

**Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with mental health, including psychosis, anxiety, and complex behaviors
• Skilled in trauma-informed care and behavioral support strategies
• Able to remain calm and responsive under pressure
• Excellent communication, observation, and de-escalation skills

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• First Aid & CPR (current)
• Valid Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Mental Health or Community Services qualification (or significant equivalent experience)
