Daily Support Care Specialist

This role is centered around providing daily assistance to individuals with disabilities. The successful candidate will support clients in various aspects, including personal hygiene, light household tasks, and daily bowel care.
A key aspect of this position is building strong relationships with clients. Patience, empathy, and a grounded demeanor are essential qualities for this role.
The ideal candidate will work closely with our team to deliver person-centred support. This involves collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement tailored support plans that cater to the unique needs of each individual.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual who can provide regular morning support to an individual living with a spinal cord injury and Wolf-Parkinson-White Syndrome. Relevant qualifications and experience working with individuals with disabilities are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing daily assistance with personal care tasks

Requirements:
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities
