Operational Accounting Specialist

This role is responsible for processing daily accounts of various business entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily account processes in relation to Wholesale, Retail and Fleet business
  • Processing payments, including international transactions, in a secure online platform
  • Dealer payment and collections management
  • Bpay and dishonour processing
  • Performing daily cash reconciliation
  • Improving daily processes
  • Reconciling general ledger accounts for month and year end

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance and/or significant knowledge and experience in a similar field
  • Previous experience in automotive finance industry preferred
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy while working under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
