Job Overview

  • To leverage technology and drive business growth, we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Integration Manager to lead the implementation of our enterprise systems.

About the Role

  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing the lifecycle of business-critical applications, ensuring they are configured and integrated to meet organizational needs.
  • This is a key leadership position responsible for leading process improvement initiatives and driving change across the organization.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to create training materials and deliver sessions to varied audiences.
  • The role requires experience with software updates, patching, and compliance frameworks, as well as project delivery skills using structured methodologies.
  • A Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain compliance and security standards.
  2. Identify opportunities to maximise use of existing business applications in line with organisational goals.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
  4. Manage small-scale application projects from planning through to delivery.
  5. Provide level two support and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and system updates.
  6. Develop and deliver training sessions and create clear documentation for users.
  7. Configure, maintain and upgrade application systems, ensuring accurate records are kept.
  8. Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.
  9. Manage software licensing, patching schedules and compliance with Essential Eight.
  10. Administer user access and participate in testing, deployment and change management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
  • Proven experience configuring and integrating enterprise applications.
  • Track record managing the lifecycle of business-critical applications.
  • Experience leading process improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to create training materials and deliver sessions to varied audiences.
  • Strong documentation skills for procedures, guides and configuration records.
  • Experience with software updates, patching and compliance frameworks such as Essential Eight.
  • Project delivery skills using structured methodologies.
  • Testing and deployment experience with adherence to change management processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
