Regional Disposal Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and administratively skilled Regional Disposal Coordinator to join our team in Wangara.

  • Coordinate the completion of asset condition reports and photo sets in line with established policies and procedures.
  • Manage auction suppliers in WA, ensuring assets are prepared for scheduled auctions.
  • Submit auction/local and international sale details to National Finance for processing.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure assets are available for sale.
  • Assist in transport activities for equipment collection and delivery.
  • Action exception reports and rejected invoices to guarantee month end procedures are followed.
