About the Role

Join our team in the marketing and trading sector to help deliver LNG, Liquids, and gas sales to customers. The role links traders and operations teams with global customers.

  • Prepare document instructions and compile vessel vetting information interfacing with terminal, offtake coordinators, production, and marine teams.
  • Maintain communication with Terminal and Buyer to ensure Bills of Lading are issued in a timely manner and accurately.
  • Ensure Letters of Credit are provided as per contract requirements and in accordance with Treasury requirements.
  • Prepare invoices in accordance with contract and credit terms, engaging with Finance and Treasury, and ensure all revenue is received by due date.
  • Deliver cargo and pricing updates to all JV Participants and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the business integration and ongoing data management for Liquids of the digital solution for counterparty management and invoicing, GLX.
  • Maintain document repository for all LNG and Liquids Sales contracts and associated agreement.
  • Facilitate administrative tasks associated with PO receipting and AP invoice settlements via SAP.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as legislative requirements.

This is a foundational role in commercial marketing and trading for those interested in a career in commercial.

About You

- Demonstrable experience in using complex Excel models.

- Previous experience in contract administration, budgeting, and variance analysis.

- Significant experience working in an Energy and/or Liquids business.

- Experience in finance or back-office related work. SAP experience would be an advantage.

- Some demonstrable leadership experience and skills to manage and develop individuals in similar roles (i.e., not cross-functional).

- Strong people skills with an ability to communicate well and engender cooperation with internal/external counterparties.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.

Mandatory Tickets / Quals / Certs

- Tertiary qualifications in Economics, Commerce, Accounting, Commercial Law, Computing, Engineering, or other technical degree.
