We are seeking a skilled Product Support Specialist to provide field and technical support to our customers. As a Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' equipment operates at peak performance.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional diagnostic and fault-finding skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults on heavy machinery.
You will also be responsible for conducting machine health assessments, generating comprehensive reports, and maintaining accurate documentation of maintenance requests and site-specific reports.
As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate effectively with customers, supervisors, and tradespeople to ensure clear communication and keep them informed of all relevant information.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- A trade qualification in mobile plant technology or equivalent;
- Demonstrated experience and expertise with heavy machinery, preferably Liebherr excavators or similar equipment;
