We are seeking an experienced Cabin Cleaning Team Lead to join our team. As a Cabin Cleaning Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Cabin Cleaning Officers to deliver exceptional customer service to our airline clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Deliver cabin cleaning services on behalf of our airline clients, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.">
  3. Manage and maintain accurate records, timesheets, and reports to ensure timely invoicing and optimal performance.">
  4. Conduct pre-shift and post-shift briefings to ensure team members understand their responsibilities and goals.">
  5. Maintain high-quality cabin cleaning service standards and continuously improve processes to meet customer expectations.">
  6. Represent the company to the highest level, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with airline representatives.">
  7. Prepare and complete shift reports, summarizing operational, safety, and equipment-related information.">
  8. Liaise with airline representatives to address specific requirements and arrange the delivery of lost property items.">
  9. Ensure the safe and secure operation of all equipment and manage repair and maintenance costs effectively.">
  10. Report equipment malfunctions to the Head of Ground Handling and conduct regular equipment checks to prevent issues.">
  11. Plan and manage resources to optimize operational efficiency and allocate staff accordingly.">
  12. Develop and train team members in various disciplines, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and qualifications.">
  13. Manage time off and absences, adhering to company policies and procedures.">
  14. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, and driving a safety culture within the team.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A valid Australian driver's license.">
  • A valid Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) or the ability to obtain one.">
  • A valid authority to drive airside card (ADA) or the ability to obtain one.">
  • Understanding of the aviation industry and prior experience in leading and managing a team.">
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.">
  • Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines.">
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.">
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite.">
