Job Overview

We're seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee Cabin Cleaning operations at Sydney Airport.

This role involves coordinating Team Leaders and staff to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. You'll communicate with clients like Qantas and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams, excellent organisational skills, and a caring approach to dealing with people. They should thrive in fast-paced environments, be able to multitask, anticipate needs, and solve problems effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Team Leaders and key personnel to deliver efficient and safe operations.
  • Plan and allocate teams in the relevant port.
  • Manage flight information using software tools, data feeds, radio communications, and telephony.
  • Work with airlines on day-of-operation reporting and respond to client queries.
  • Liaise with Duty Managers to ensure published rosters meet operational requirements.

Requirements:

  • A valid Australian driver's license.
  • Desired: A valid ASIC or ability to obtain one, authority to Drive Airside Card (ADA), or ability to obtain one, and understanding of the aviation industry.
