- Monitor global nature-related trends, policies, and technologies, providing valuable insights to guide the company's sustainability practices and reporting.
- Represent the organization in key industry forums and working groups, fostering relationships that amplify our impact and influence positive policy changes.
We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong background in sustainability and environmental issues. Ideal candidates will have:
- 7+ years of experience in a large organization, preferably in the resources sector.
- A deep understanding of nature-related issues, risks, and opportunities in diverse business environments.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to shape nature strategies across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in applying research methodologies and analytical thinking to solve complex problems.
- Strong governance and assurance activities background, ensuring nature initiatives meet the highest standards and stakeholder expectations.
A Bachelor's degree or similar in environmental or sustainability-related fields is required.
