About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Civil Engineer to lead our Buildings Team in Perth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects and providing technical leadership to our engineers and designers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team in achieving the outcomes and objectives identified in the Civil Buildings business strategy.
  • Ensure the design and documentation of car parks, stormwater drainage, intersections, and other infrastructure projects meet the client and architectural brief.
  • Oversee the overall performance of the team in areas such as people management, technical leadership, project and operational management, and business development.
  • Promote cooperation and cross-selling across all APAC business units.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience within a civil infrastructure environment and specifically the Built environment market.
  • Demonstrated experience and relationships with stakeholders such as Commercial Clients, Architects, Project Managers, Local Authorities & Government bodies.
  • Strong client relationship and business development skills.
  • Excellent technical report writing skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills to liaise with the team, senior management, and external partners.
