**Your Impact**

Reporting into the Senior Category Manager: On Premise, CUB (proudly part of Asahi Beverages) the Category Manager role will support the sales teams with category analysis and insights ahead of key customer presentations, insights sessions, Joint Business Plans, and new business pitches.

This role also plays an important part in the commercialisation of our innovation projects and acts as a key conduit between Sales, Innovation, Category, Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing and Commercial Analytics teams.

The Category Manager will also have the opportunity to regularly work on strategic business initiatives for the On Premise

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting all category requirements to enable our category growth strategy
- Initiating, developing and leading key projects to identify and turn strategic category problems into growth initiatives for CUB and our customers
- Creating and delivering category sell stories to our customers that highlight our joint opportunities to drive category growth
- Working closely with the On Premise Trade Marketing Managers, you will assist with guiding our Picture of Success through insight as well as conduct performance reviews post implementation
- Support development and roll out of Tap and Pack range optimisation targets and tools
- Work closely with on premise trade marketing teams to ensure execution of new products to Picture of Success
- Track & monitor new product launches against forecast assumptions

**About You**

To be successful in the role you will have:

- Must have strong data analytics capability along with storytelling ability
- Previous experience across Category, Trade Marketing and/or Account Management
- Sales experience preferred
- FMCG/Liquor experience will be highly regarded but not mandatory
- Ability to influence stakeholders both internally and externally
- Project & Stakeholder Management
- Bachelor's degree or Tertiary Education highly regarded
